Simple app setup for your Android TV.

Use this page from your Android TV browser to download the required setup file and follow the installation guide step by step.

This page is only for customers who received the setup link directly from Crescent IT Support. Install only on your own device.

Installation Guide

Follow the steps below on your Android TV. Different TV brands may show slightly different settings names.

Open setup page

Open the browser on your Android TV and enter the setup link provided to you.

  • Use Google Chrome, TV Browser, or Downloader browser.
  • Keep this page open until installation is completed.

Download the file

Click the Download button. Wait until the download is fully completed.

  • Check browser download notification.
  • Or open the TV Downloads folder.

Allow installation

If the TV blocks the installation, allow installation permission for the browser.

  • Settings > Apps > Special app access
  • Install unknown apps > Browser > Allow

Open and complete

After installation, open the app and enter the setup details already shared with you.

  • Type the details exactly as received.
  • Contact support if any error appears.

Before You Start

Make sure the TV is connected to the internet and there is enough storage space for the app installation.

If installation is blocked, this is normal on Android TV. Enable permission only for the browser you used to download the file.
For remote assistance, contact Crescent IT Support directly using the contact number already provided to you.

Help

Common installation issues and quick fixes.

Usually it is in the browser download notification or the Android TV Downloads folder. Some TVs show the downloaded file at the bottom of the browser screen.

Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps. Select the browser used for download and enable Allow from this source.

Restart the TV once, then open the app again from the Apps section. If the issue continues, contact support directly.

Check that the details are typed exactly as shared, without extra spaces. If needed, send a photo of the screen to support.
